iciHaiti - PNH : 6 new Municipal Police Commissioners in the North

Following the integration of seven new Municipal Police Commissioners into the Nippes department on May 13th https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-44911-haiti-flash-rain-of-installations-of-new-police-commissioners-in-the-south.html ; six new Municipal Police Commissioners from the 8th class, freshly graduated from the National Police Academy, joined the Departmental Directorate of the North Police on May 14th, 2025, during a ceremony presided over by Divisional Commissioner Sem Calixte, Departmental Director of the North Police. Municipal Commissioners Antoine Adolphe Kerlin, Cadet Phénot, Délice Maxeau, Jean-Baptiste Gérald, and Sanchez Gauss Joseph are assigned to the Departmental Police Directorate of the North, and Municipal Commissioner Duvisien Saurel is assigned to the General Inspectorate of the Haitian National Police (IGPNH) in the North.
As part of the process of providing the Police Force with experienced senior officers, these new Commissioners are from the eighth cohort of Commissioners trained at the ANP.
