iciHaiti - France/OAS : Special training for DCPJ investigators

The French Embassy in Haiti and the Organization of American States (OAS) organized a special training session for investigators from the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) of the Haitian National Police (PNH).

It consisted of two modules : "Intelligence in Financial Investigations of Corruption and Drug Trafficking" and a specific module "Arrest in a Hostile Environment."

Fully funded by the OAS, this training session benefited 21 investigators assigned to the Bureau of Financial and Economic Affairs (BAFE) and the Bureau for the Fight against Drug Trafficking (BLTS).

It is part of a dynamic of technical support from France and the OAS to the PNH in the fight against corruption and the financing of gangs that destabilize the country.
