On Sunday, June 1st, 2025, at Park Saint-Victor in Cap-Haitien, after a thrilling final, Juventus FC des Cayes won the second edition of the Championnat National Spécial (CNS-D1) by defeating AS Capoise 5-3 on penalties (2-2 tie after 90 minutes).

Thanks to this victory (their first title in the championship), Juventus FC qualified for the Caribbean Cup, while AS Capoise will represent Haiti in the Concacaf Caribbean Club Shield.
