On Monday, June 2nd, 2025, as part of Women's Health Week, the Ministry for the Status of Women, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health and the Office of Workplace Accident, Sickness, and Maternity Insurance (OFATMA), deployed a mobile clinic in Delmas 83.

This initiative is part of the effort to make health services more accessible to women in vulnerable situations, particularly those living in displaced persons camps.

During this day, several free medical services were offered to the population, including :

• General consultations;

• Prenatal care for pregnant women;

• Pediatric consultations for babies;

• Care for schoolchildren;

• Free distribution of medications based on needs identified by medical staff.

Hygiene kits were distributed to women with young children to support them in their daily lives. Pregnant women received bathing bowls, a backpack to carry the baby's belongings, and a plate suitable for feeding the child.
