Following a strict selection process, implemented by the Haitian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Taiwan (Republic of China) in Haiti, respectively, the Embassy informs that 42 candidates have been selected for the MOFA Taiwan Scholarship Program 2025 offered by the Taiwanese government. This program welcomes students for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs, lasting up to five years, including one year of Mandarin language study.

In addition, 5 students benefiting from the TaiwanICDF Higher Education Scholarship Program 2025 were selected by ICDF, the Taiwanese government's international cooperation agency.
