icihaiti - Politic : Installation of the Commission of the network of reception centers and rehabilitation houses
Georges Wilbert Franck, the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor participated in the installation ceremony of the members of the "Presidential Commission for supporting the national network of reception centers and rehabilitation centers".

In his speech, Minister Franck invited the members of the Commission to develop a synergy in order to more effectively ensure the protection of young people and children who are often victims of acts of violence.

He calls on the commissioners to put themselves, quickly, to work and promises a collaboration of the ministry to carry out this project before leading to the improvement of the conditions of existence of children, in these times of crisis.

"Our vulnerable children are still struggling to find a security refuge, where they can live in complete dignity. Those in conflict with the law already experience the desire to be supervised and re -educated so as to put themselves at the service of their homeland. It's time for work," said the minister.

For his part, André Lbréus, commission coordinator, says he is aware of the high importance of the mission entrusted to them. He promises to take precedence over the best interests of children in his actions.

Commission member s:

- Mr. André Ibréus, coordinator
- Mr. Jules Moïse, member
- Madame ROSE ANDRÉ ANDRI-AMIME, MEMBER
- Mr. Claude MANE DAS, member
- Mr. Bernard DELVA, member
- Madame Nora Jean François, member
- Mr. Etienne SALVADOR, member.

Created by presidential decree dated February 28, 2025, this commission testifies to the government's desire to meet urgent needs for the supervision and protection of children and adolescents in the country.
