iciHaiti - Education : New Executives promoted to the Ministry
Changes have been made at the head of certain technical structures within the Ministry of National Education. Minister Augustin Antoine has appointed four managers to new responsibilities :

Inspector Dedy Milien Joseph becomes the new Director of the Preschool Education Management Office (BUGEP). She will be assisted by Marie Zulda Dubois Marcelin, who was previously Head of Department in the Directorate of Training and Development (DFP).

Jean Henri Charles Juste, Senior Professional Technician I, assigned to the Commission for School Adaptation and Social Support (CASAS), becomes its new Director.

Ronald Saint-Hubert, Acting Head of Department in the Directorate of Training and Development (DFP), becomes Assistant Director of this entity.

During this ceremony, Yves Roblin, Director General of the Ministry, congratulated these four managers promoted to these new responsibilities in a challenging context.

Speaking about the Guidelines, Minister Antoine elaborated extensively on his vision for the transformation of preschool education, which must be consistent with other levels of education in the education system. From his perspective, there is a need to increase preschool provision, reduce the disparity between large urban centers, small towns, and rural areas, and also the imperative of facilitating access for all Haitian children, regardless of their parents' socioeconomic status.
