However, the Ministry deplores the manner in which this search was conducted. Certain regrettable behaviors deserve to be highlighted : employees were intimidated and their phones confiscated for several hours. The Ministry of Justice and Security deplores these actions, which violate the principles of republican order. Similarly, the Ministry of Justice and Security is surprised that certain elements of the investigation, which should be protected by confidentiality, were reported in the press, which could vitiate the ongoing proceedings. While reiterating its commitment to the principles of transparency, probity, and accountability, in accordance with the requirements of the rule of law, the Ministry relies on the impartiality and discernment of all parties involved to clarify what needs to be clarified and to objectively and regularly determine responsibilities.
