Joseph Wilson, also known as "Lanmò San Jou" one of the main leaders of the "400 Mawozo" gang and a member of the Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) "Viv Ansanm" is actively wanted by U.S. federal authorities.

In a video shared on TikTok, Wilson can be seen distributing money in the Thomazeau area, near Croix-des-Bouquets, "a clear propaganda tactic used by criminal and terrorist organizations to maintain control and silence the population through fear and manipulation."
