iciHaiti - Sunrise Airways : Clarification Note
"Sunrise Airways would like to clarify for everyone that it is not responsible for issuing airline licenses in Haiti. Therefore, it cannot authorize or block anyone. Only the OFNAC (National Office of Civil Aviation in Haiti) authorizes these licenses, provided the airline's application meets all requirements.

We also want everyone to know that Sunrise Airways has no problem with competition. When Sunrise Airways was founded in 2012, the Haitian market included 8 international airlines and three local airlines.

Sunrise Airways did not prevent other airlines from operating. Despite these difficult times, we have not given up and remain committed to serving the Haitian people, who need to travel constantly. We thank our customers for their trust and support !"

About Sunrise Airways :
Since 2012, Sunrise Airways has been developing a network aimed at connecting capitals and islands that share the same space and future in the Caribbean region. With 11 operational bases and more than 250 employees, Sunrise Airways transports more than 1.7 million passengers between 20 destinations in Haiti and the region, from Florida to Havana, Santiago, Holguin, Camagüey, Guadeloupe, Panama, Miami, Saint Maarten, and, since 2024, via its new network in the Eastern Caribbean, serving Antigua, Saint Kitts, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and many more, connecting the entire region.
