Present at this meeting were Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé; Ketleen Florestal, Minister of Planning and External Cooperation; Silin Jean Michel, Director General of the Budget at the Ministry of Economy and Finance; Markis Ricekin, Assistant to the Director of Public Investment Analysis; and Wilner Valcin, Special Advisor to the Minister of Economy and Finance. The meeting focused on: • The progress of the work; • The technical and financial constraints encountered; • Resource mobilization mechanisms; • The project implementation and delivery timelines. Councilor Vertilaire expressed concern about the slow pace of project implementation, emphasizing the importance of this section for traffic flow and the development of the Cap-Haïtien airport area. He urged the relevant authorities to accelerate the fund disbursement process, strengthen inter-institutional coordination, and ensure greater transparency in the execution of the work.
