The Office of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the State University of Haiti (UEH) informs the general public and applicants in particular that registration for the 2025-2026 UEH admissions exam will be held from July 28 to August 29, 2025. Applicants may apply to a maximum of three (3) institutions.

Registration Process :

A - Conditions :

1. Must not already be a student at UEH;

2. Must have a secondary school leaving certificate or the examination record (NS4) for the 2024-2025 academic year (subject to availability) or its equivalent issued by the Ministry of National Education;

3. Must pay the 800 Gourdes fee per institution;

4. Have a Unique National Identification Number (NINU) issued by the National Identification Office (ONI). Applicants who do not yet have their NINU must go to the ONI office with their exam slips to retrieve it quickly.

5. Minor applicants (who do not yet have their NINU) can use one of their parents'.

B - Steps :

1. First pay the fee of 800 (eight hundred) Gourdes per entity at any SOGEBANK branch to the account: UEH/DEMANDE D'ADMISSION, number: 706054558;

2. Complete the online form https://admission.ueh.edu.ht ; you must enter the number and upload the payment slip when registering online;

3. Select the entities (maximum 3);

4. Print the online registration form;

5. Report to the selected entities on the dates and locations indicated to have your registration validated and collect the exam room access slip.

C - Documents required for validation at the entities :

1. Two (2) identical recent (maximum 6 months old) passport-sized photos (write on the back of each photo: last name, first name, telephone number, and national identity card);

2. Registration form;

3. Identity document (National Identification Card);

4. Deposit slip made to SOGEBANK for each selected entity;

5. Secondary school leaving certificate or exam slip (NS4) for the 2024-2025 academic year.

D - Documents required to admitted for enrollment :

Only applicants who have passed the entrance exam are authorized to submit the following documents to the institution selected to attend the course:

1. Birth certificate or extract from the National Archives;

2. Two (2) recent identical passport-sized photos (6 photos) (write on the back of each photo: last name, first name, telephone number, and national identification number);

3. Identity document (National Identification Card).
