Observations : - Recently renovated neonatology unit; - A bed occupancy rate exceeding 100%; - Remarkable commitment from nursing and support staff, despite challenges; - An increase in cases of protein-calorie deficiency observed among patients; - Strict adherence to aseptic measures, essential for the safety of young patients. The tour continued in the tuberculosis isolation room and the emergency department, confirming the importance of increased support for these critical units. Urgent needs identified : - An X-ray machine - An endoscopy machine - An oxygen generator Meeting with union members : Discussions focused on the future of the debit card and salary adjustments.
