The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that the Jean Price-Mars Diplomatic Academy (ADJPM) is holding a competitive examination to recruit 30 students, 15 women and 15 men, for its 5th class.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that the Jean Price-Mars Diplomatic Academy (ADJPM) is holding a competitive examination to recruit 30 students, 15 women and 15 men, for its 5th class.

Successful candidates will be admitted to the Master II program in Diplomacy and International Cooperation, in partnership with the National Institute of Administration, Management, and Advanced International Studies (INAGHEI).

Admission Requirements :

• Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in International Relations, Law, Political Science, History, or Economics;

• Be under thirty (30) years of age;

• Be in good physical and mental health;

• Have good written and spoken French. Fluency in a foreign language (English or Spanish) would be an asset.

Registration from August 1st to 31st, 2025 :

Documents to be submitted upon registration :

• Birth certificate or extract from the Archives;

• Copy of Bacc II diploma;

• Copy of Bachelor's degree diploma or defense report;

• Transcripts of records for the four (4) years of study;

• Certificate of good conduct issued by the Civil Court;

• Health certificate;

• A passport photo;

• Resume;

• Cover letter.

Written exams will take place on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., in four cities : Port-au-Prince, Cap-Haitien, Les Cayes, and Miragoâne.
