The Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) and the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF) are breaking down barriers to access to finance for women-led micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) with their Guarantee Fund for Women's Economic Empowerment in Haiti.

Since its launch in 2023, the fund has supported 236 women entrepreneurs, stimulating growth in trade, services, and manufacturing.

This program, initially deployed in Delmas, Cité Soleil, and Pétion-Ville, expanded in June 2025 to new communities in the North (Cap-Haitien, Pilate, Pignon) and the South (Les Cayes, Camp-Perrin, Aquin).

Thanks to the support of trusted partners such as ACME S.A., CAPODEL, KOTELAM, and Le SOCIÉTAIRE, more women now have the tools they need to grow their businesses, create jobs, and strengthen their communities.
