In the locality of La Plate, a commune of Bassin Bleu in the North-West department, residents are satisfied with the progress made in the concreting and paving work on the "Route Nan Fond" (Nan Fond Road) as part of the Economic and Social Assistance Fund's (FAES) Safety Net Strengthening Program for Vulnerable Populations.

This work, carried out under the technical supervision of CARE, an organization recognized for its commitment to local communities, aims to facilitate the movement of the region's populations, who face the greatest difficulties during the rainy seasons.

Funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), this work includes the installation of 105 linear meters of hydraulic concrete and 105 linear meters of paving on the Route Nan Fond, 1st section of La Plate.
