iciHaiti - Cap-Haitien 355th : Mobile clinic, the North celebrates by caring 15/08/2025 10:27:15
Under the leadership of Dr. Hans Humbold Astrel Charles, the new Departmental Director for the North of the Ministry of Public Health, more than 400 patients received quality care, including 47 Pap tests and 24 IVA tests, essential in the prevention of cervical cancer. Presidential Advisor Louis Gérald Gilles, on a tour of the North, personally visited the site to welcome this initiative. He took the opportunity to reaffirm his commitment to working tirelessly for a fairer and more efficient healthcare system. From the Grand South, Bertrand Sinal, the Minister of Health, also expressed his satisfaction, emphasizing that this initiative is perfectly aligned with his three priorities : access to healthcare for all; Dedicated funding for the most vulnerable groups and prevention and awareness-raising as cornerstones of sustainable health. This collective action, led by mobilized local partners, reflected a shared ambition : to guarantee accessible health for all. Far beyond a simple consultation, it was a show of solidarity, directly responding to the needs of the population.
