Chatelier, accompanied by the directors of the General Directorate, then organized a guided tour of several technical departments for the interns. These interns will be assigned to accounting positions, the Public Accounts Department, the Treasury Inspection Department, the Treasury and Debt Department, etc... Jean Bouco Jean Jacques, Director General of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), reiterated that the main objective of the program is to support skilled young Haitians toward employment by promoting their socio-economic integration through short-term internships paid by the Public Treasury.
