Inspector General Berson Soljour, Chief of Staff to the Acting Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH), installed Inspector General Justin Marc as the new Central Director of the Judicial Police (DCPJ). He succeeds Inspector General Pierre René François. Inspector General Justin Marc has previously held several positions within the police force, including Central Director of the Administrative Police (DCPA), Departmental Director of the West (DDO), Head of the Land Border Police (PoliFRONT), and Deputy Director of the National Police Academy (ENP).

Inspector General Berson Soljour also installed Inspector General Jean Maurest Étienne as the new Director of Personnel of the PNH. He succeeds Inspector General Stanley Augustin, who has been transferred to the Haitian National Police Inspectorate General (IGPNH).

Inspector General Jean Maurest Etienne, Director of Personnel of the Haitian National Police (PNH), installed Chief Superintendent Sergo Dasmy as the new Deputy Director of Personnel of the Haitian National Police. He succeeds Rémy Jean-Baptiste, who held this position for over a year.
