The Rectorate of the State University of Haiti (UEH) informs students of the various entities that, within the framework of the "Training, Studies, and Research in Public Procurement" Chair, the National Commission for Public Procurement (CNMP) and the UEH have launched the second edition of the competition entitled: "My Dissertation on Public Procurement in 180 Days."

This competition, which will take place during 2025, is themed "Ethics and Integrity in Public Procurement."

This competition aims to encourage academic reflection and intellectual debate on issues related to public procurement in Haiti. Its main goals are to foster the production of rigorous research on the subject, contribute to the establishment of a culture of ethics and integrity in the management of public funds, and stimulate the interest of young researchers in governance issues.

At the end of the competition, the 10 best dissertation drafts will receive technical support from the CNMP to further develop their work. Subsequently, the three best dissertations will be awarded prizes, and the remaining seven will receive consolation prizes.

The UEH Rectorate strongly encourages interested students to submit their applications and contribute, through their work, to promoting the values of ethics, transparency, and accountability in public management.

Registration will close on September 12, 2025.
