iciHaiti - Taiwan : New Haitian Ambassador to Taipei

Foreign Minister Lin Chia-lung received a copy of the credentials of Haiti's new Ambassador to Taipei and pledged to continue strengthening ties with Haiti.
Lin welcomed Roudy Stanley Penn upon his return to Taiwan for a second term. He stated that, as the two allies celebrate their 70th anniversary of official relations next year, Taiwan looks forward to strengthening cooperation with Haiti in agriculture, education, medical care, security, talent training, and technology.
Penn praised Taiwan's rich experience in sustainable agricultural transition and disaster prevention and looked forward to strengthening cooperation in both areas.
