The Haitian Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs that the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, together with the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID), is launching the program entitled "Mexican Government Excellence Scholarships for Foreigners 2025".
