National pass rates : Single Baccalaureate (reformed NS-IV) is 44.96% Permanent Baccalaureate (failures) is 38.99%. Results according to the BUNEXE: According to figures provided by the National State Examinations Office (BUNEXE), the pass rates for the 10 departments in 2025 for the Single Baccalaureate (reformed NS-IV) are mostly down, with the exception of Grand'Anse, Nord-West, North, South, and Artibonite. For the baccalaureate for those who failed, the rates are generally down, with the exception of Nippes and South. Permanent Baccalaureate for the failed (NS-IV)-2024-2025 : Pass Rates by Department South : Out of a total of 6,720 participants, 4,498 were admitted, representing a success rate of 66.93% (a sharp increase from 24.83% in 2024); Nippes : Out of a total of 545 participants, 335 were admitted, representing a success rate of 61.47% (a sharp increase from 33.24% in 2024); Grand'Anse : Out of a total of 1,089 participants, 581 were admitted, representing a success rate of 53.35% (a sharp decrease from 69.66% in 2024); Center : out of a total of 974 participants, 447 are admitted, representing a success rate of 45.89% (a sharp drop to 69.66% in 2024); West : out of a total of 5,001 participants, 2,259 are admitted, representing a success rate of 45.17% (2024 not available); North : out of a total of 777 participants, 345 are admitted, representing a success rate of 44.40% (a sharp drop to 70.97% in 2024); Southeast : out of a total of 643 participants, 200 are admitted, representing a success rate of 31.10% (a sharp drop to 64.88% in 2024); Northeast : out of a total of 827 participants, 230 were admitted, representing a success rate of 27.81% (down from 33.61% in 2024); Artibonite : out of a total of 2,152 participants, 597 were admitted, representing a success rate of 27.74% (down sharply from 49.23% in 2024); Northwest : out of a total of 1,453 participants, 255 were admitted, representing a success rate of 17.55% (down sharply from 33.61% in 2024).
