The French Embassy announces the opening of the selection process for the 2026-2027 long international programs at the National Institute of Public Service (INSP) and the Regional Institutes of Administration (IRA).

As it does every year, the INSP is recruiting through this process for participants in the following three programs:

• The INSP's Long International Program (CIL) https://www.insp.gouv.fr/redirection-ena (duration : 13.5 months, end of August 2026 - October 2027) for young foreign civil servants holding positions of responsibility and with potential for advancement and influence, and for young foreign professionals at the beginning of their careers, aiming for a career in their country's public service.

• The INSP's International Advanced Training Program (CIP) https://www.insp.gouv.fr/redirection-ena (duration : 8 months, beginning November 2026 - June 2027) for experienced executives from foreign public administrations, holding positions of responsibility and with potential for advancement and influence.

• The International IRA Program (CiIRA) https://www.insp.gouv.fr/redirection-ena (duration: 7 months, October 2026 - April 2027) for high-potential middle managers from foreign public administrations, at the beginning of their careers or already experienced.

Eligibility Criteria :

Access to the three training cycles is subject to criteria of nationality, level of education, language skills (excellent command of French and good level of English), and financial resources. You will find all the detailed information on the INSP website: https://insp.gouv.fr
