iciHaïti - Political Training : Signing of a MoU between INEFPO and ALEPH

On Thursday, October 16, 2025, the Haitian Institute for Political Studies and Training (INEFPO) and the Spanish Institute for Political and Humanist Studies, Analysis, and Leadership (ALEPH) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishing a promising academic partnership.

This collaboration aims to pool the expertise of both institutions to strengthen the training of political leaders, particularly in the key areas of leadership and strategic communication.

As part of this agreement, approximately twenty leaders of the "Engaged for Development" (EDE) Party will soon receive specialized training in Digital Electoral Campaign Management. This training will be provided by ALEPH, in partnership with George Washington University, a global leader in political science and electoral campaigns.

This partnership marks an important step towards building a more equipped, modern, and forward-looking Haitian political leadership.
