The Rectorate of the State University of Haiti (UEH) informs students of the various entities that the National Commission for Public Procurement (CNMP), as part of its 21st anniversary, is organizing a national essay competition on public procurement to award the 6th edition of the Joseph François Marcello Prize.

The theme chosen for this edition is "The Dematerialization of Public Procurement: A Vector of Transparency and a Tool for Preventing Corruption."

On this occasion, the Rectorate of the UEH invites all its graduating students interested in the fields of public procurement, public management, and administrative law to actively participate in this competition.

It emphasizes that this competition represents a unique opportunity to enhance their academic skills and promote transparency and good governance in public procurement management in Haiti.

Awards :

• 1st prize: 175,000 Gourdes + Books on public procurement + 3-month internship at the CNMP;

• 2nd prize: 80,000 Gourdes + Books on public procurement + 3-month internship at the CNMP;

• 3rd prize: 60,000 Gourdes + Books on public procurement + 3-month internship at the CNMP.

The UEH Rectorate strongly encourages all UEH students to seize this opportunity and showcase their academic expertise.
