On Thursday, December 11, 2025, the General Directorate of the Haitian National Police (DG/PNH) held a major working meeting with its key technical and financial partners at its headquarters in Clercine. Chaired by Vladimir Paraison, the Acting Commander-in-Chief of the PNH, the meeting aimed to strengthen strategic collaboration with the police force's technical and financial partners.

Discussions focused on the presentation of key projects, including the P4000 project, the construction of a hospital dedicated exclusively to police officers, and the PNH's overall vision for training and developing its operational capabilities. An interactive roundtable discussion allowed the various stakeholders to share common priorities.

Following this meeting, concrete recommendations and resolutions will be adopted, thus reinforcing the mutual commitment to the modernization and effectiveness of the Haitian National Police.
