The Haitian National Police (PNH) P4000+ Program aims to train 4,000 new officers over an 18-month period. This initiative seeks to increase the police force's personnel to better protect and serve the population within the framework of a strengthened national security strategy.
During the first three weeks of training for the inaugural class of 886 police recruits, discussions were held with the future officers to gather their feedback.
