iciHaiti - NOTICE : National Identity Card (CIN) production at the Haiti Embassy in Spain

The Embassy of Haiti to the Kingdom of Spain informs the Haitian community residing in Spain that it is now fully operational for the production of the National Identification Card (CIN).

Since the CIN is required for most administrative procedures, including passport applications and renewals, Haitian citizens are strongly encouraged to complete this formality.

Starting Monday, February 2nd, 2026, services will be available at the Embassy office in Madrid, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

For this purpose, interested parties can make an appointment by writing to the following email address : dermalogambhaiti_esp@gmail.com.

Applicants are requested to bring the required documents.
