The Haitian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that Taiwan (Republic of China) is offering 10 scholarships under the MOFA Taiwan Scholarship Program 2025 to Haitian students wishing to pursue their studies in Taiwan for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Admission Requirements :

• Be a Haitian citizen and hold a valid passport;

• Be under 23 years of age;

• Have a good command of English;

• Have obtained a minimum average of 7.5/10 on the Baccalaureate exam;

• Have a certified copy of the high school diploma and transcript;

• Have a medical certificate and a certificate of good conduct.

Interested candidates may submit their application until Friday, March 6, 2026, to one of the following addresses:
