As part of the strategy of the National Old Age Insurance Office (ONA) aimed at bringing its services closer to its customers, the institution has officially inaugurated a new counter intended for pensioners, insured persons and the general public. This service point is located at the OASIS Hotel, on Panamerican Street in Pétion-ville.

Designed to meet the needs of users, this new space is modern, functional and oriented towards the simplification of administrative and financial procedures.

The counter is equipped with a dedicated cash register allowing several types of transactions to be carried out, including the collection of pensions, deposits and withdrawals from savings accounts, the opening of new accounts, as well as other services for pensioners, insured persons and people interested in ONA products.

Through this inauguration, the National Old Age Insurance Office reaffirms its desire to strengthen its presence in the field and offer a more effective local service, adapted to the expectations of its customers.

In his speech for the occasion, Ronald Bazile, the Director General of ONA, welcomed the opening of this new service window and thanked all the Office teams whose commitment made this initiative possible.
