The official graduation ceremony was held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, in Cap-Haitien, in the presence of Mr. Réginald Guignard, Director General of OFNAC, the Inspectors, and the Institution's staff. With this action, OFNAC reaffirms its commitment to maintaining a high level of compliance with the standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Learn more about OFNAC: The National Civil Aviation Office (OFNAC) is the government agency responsible for organizing and regulating air transport in Haiti. Established by decree on September 29, 1980, it is an autonomous body with legal personality, enjoying all the rights and prerogatives that come with that status. Civil aviation encompasses everything related to non-military aviation. This includes civil passenger and cargo transport, safety, security, air traffic control, general aviation, and flight training.
