The Visa Application Center for Brazil (CAVB), managed by the International Organization for Migration (IOM - Haiti), informs those concerned that appointments for family reunification (VITEM XI) will be available starting March 2, 2026, via the manual kiosk operated directly by IOM technicians in Haiti.

You simply need to send us an email with the following information to randevoufanmi26@iom.int :

- Copy of the person's Brazilian National Identity Card (RNE);

- Copy of the biographical page of the person's passport in Haiti;

- Copy of the invitation letter (Carta Convite);

- Copy of the visa or refugee protocol page proving how the person in Brazil entered Brazilian territory.

We will receive an initial batch of 1,500 family reunification applications.

Any non-compliant application will not be processed.

Please coordinate the receipt of notarized documents from Brazil to avoid any delays in processing your application.
