On Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at the National Police Academy (ENP) on the Frères road, Inspector General Jean Yonel Trécile, in the presence of the instructors, monitors, and administrative staff of the academy, presided over the installation ceremony of Chief Commissioner Joseph Rolind Jean Louis as the new Director of the National Police Academy (ENP). He replaces Divisional Commissioner Jhon Games Olivier in this position.

At the same time, Chief Commissioner Charles Vernet was installed as Deputy Director of the ENP.

This dual appointment aims to strengthen the institution's leadership and management, continuing efforts to further professionalize the police force.
