The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) informs the public of the implementation of official fees for business name registration and Professional Identity Cards, in the interest of transparency and good governance.

The MCI informs the public that the following fees are the only authorized fees :

Business Name Registration:

• In-person application: 3,000 Gourdes

• Application via the MCI digital platform: 3,162 Gourdes

2nd submission: 1,000 Gourdes

Professional Identity Card (CIP) :

• In-person application: 2,500 Gourdes

• Application via the MCI digital platform: 3,000 Gourdes

IMPORTANT : These amounts are the only official authorized fees for these services. It is strictly forbidden for any agent or administrative official to charge a higher or different amount.
