The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), in accordance with Article 144 of the Electoral Decree of December 1st, 2025, and the current electoral calendar, published on Thursday, March 16, 2026, the list of political parties authorized to participate in the upcoming elections.

Of the 320 registered political parties, 282 were approved by the CEP.

The 38 unapproved political parties have until Thursday, April 2, 2026, to complete their registration with the CEP.
