Installation of the 5 new members of the National Commission for Public Procurement in Haiti

On Wednesday, April 1st, 2026, at the Villa d’Accueil, Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé officially installed the five new members of the National Public Procurement Commission (CNMP) : Elgo Eugène, Jean Shanon Beaublanc, Jean Dimitry Dorvilier, Édith Charles, and Dalberg Claude.

This ceremony marks a significant step in the Government's commitment to strengthening transparency, accountability, and good governance in the management of public resources. In his address, the Prime Minister emphasized that this act goes beyond mere protocol and reflects a heightened demand for rigor in public procurement.

The Commission members were selected following a competitive, rigorous, and transparent process, which included a thorough review of applications and an oral evaluation of their skills, ethics, and sense of responsibility.

With a three-year mandate, renewable once, the CNMP's mission is to regulate and control public procurement, ensuring compliance with the principles of fairness, transparency, and efficiency in the awarding of government contracts.
