The Haitian Football Federation (FHF) announces the appointment of Francesca Joseph, of Haitian origin, as Sports Manager of the senior women's national team.

With a background in Haitian football development, Francesca Joseph brings recognized expertise in sports management and coaching, acquired in Haiti and Canada. A graduate of Laval University with a bachelor's degree in sports intervention, she has worked in training and high-performance environments, developing strong skills in coordination, organization, and management of sports operations.

Throughout her career, she has notably :

• Managed and coordinated football leagues in Montreal;

• Coached youth teams;

• Contributed to international training programs, notably in collaboration with the Olympic movement;

• Developed inclusive initiatives to promote women's football.

This appointment reflects the Haitian Football Federation's (FHF) commitment to strengthening the structure, professionalization, and sustainable development of women's football in Haiti, in line with FIFA's new guidelines and requirements aimed at increasing the representation and development of women within women's organizations and teams.

The Federation wishes her every success in her new role with the Grenadières.
