During the week of March 30 to April 4th, 2026, the National Old-Age Insurance Office (ONA) continued its work focusing on three main areas : leveraging its international achievements, strengthening its internal governance, and consolidating its relationship with its insured members through a strong institutional message.

ONA Receives International Award :

Ms. Lovely François, the Director General of ONA, participated in the official ceremony held in Haiti for the national recognition of an international award presented by the International Social Security Association.

Awarded for the ONA Kredi Espwa program, this prize recognizes the institution's sustained efforts in social and financial inclusion. It also reaffirms its commitment to strengthening the quality, transparency, and efficiency of the services offered to its insured members.

Strategic Meeting with Technical Directors :

As part of strengthening institutional governance, the Director General, Ms. Lovely François, held a second strategic meeting with the technical directors on March 31 in Pétion-Ville.

Continuing the discussions initiated since her appointment, this meeting was marked by a firm call for responsibility, rigor, and performance. The Director General emphasized the need to achieve concrete results in order to sustainably improve the efficiency and quality of the services provided by the institution.
