184 young professionals graduated under the HA-J0005 Program

The Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) celebrated the training of 184 young professionals as part of the Program to Strengthen Safety Nets for Vulnerable Populations (HA-J0005), financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

Among these new graduates, 37% are women, marking a significant step towards gender equality in the professional field.

These graduates, certified last week by the National Institute of Professional Training (INFP), also received complete technical kits, offering them tools to start their activities and thus contribute to the local economy.

The training, carried out under the rigorous supervision of CARE, an operator specializing in community initiatives, aims to deploy these new professionals on the sites of projects carried out within the framework of the Program. Their ability to put the skills they have acquired into practice should enable them to improve their income and boost the local economy.
