On the instructions of Prime Minister Fils-Aimé and thanks to funding from the World Bank, the National Directorate for Drinking Water and Sanitation (DINEPA) is strengthening its operational capacity in the Great South.

A total of 11 Toyota Land Cruiser vehicles and 62 motorcycles were delivered to the DINEPA Regional Office in the South to improve the mobility of technical teams and ensure better monitoring of drinking water and sanitation infrastructure.

This equipment will be distributed among the four departments that make up the region : South, Southeast, Grande Anse, and Nippes.

The Government, through DINEPA and with the support of international partners, remains committed to working alongside the population to guarantee sustainable access to drinking water and to improve the quality of services.
