UEH : The FDSE signs a partnership with CEDIMES in France

On Monday, April 13, the Embassy of Haiti in France welcomed a delegation from the Faculty of Law and Economics (FDSE) of the State University of Haiti (UEH) on a mission to Paris.

Headed by Professor Jean Eugène Pierre-Louis, Coordinator of Legal Affairs at UEH and Dean of the FDSE, the delegation included Professor Narcisse Fièvre, an economist and specialist in university governance, who serves as the FDSE's representative in the Caribbean and North America, and Professor Jean Marie Cayemitte, an economist, head of the FDSE's Research Laboratory in Economic and Legal Sciences, and a member of the Coordinating Committee for the Faculty's Master's Program in Public Policy Analysis.

In addition, Ambassador Volcy attended the signing of a partnership agreement between the FDSE and the Center for Studies on International Development and Economic and Social Movements (CEDIMES) on the same day.

The signing of this partnership, which took place at the headquarters of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Management (FACO Paris), concerns the implementation of the FDSE's Master's program in Public Policy Analysis.

Through this 10-year agreement, CEDIMES commits to providing the FDSE with its technical and institutional expertise for the implementation of this Master's program.

During its mission to Europe, the delegation will strengthen the FDSE's partnerships with the Faculties of Law, Economics and Management (UFRs) of several French and Belgian universities.
