Haitian airline Sunrise Airways announces that its new baggage fee policy will take effect on May 20, 2026, and will apply only to international flights to and from Haiti. We encourage you to review the updated baggage fees before your next trip.

International flights to and from Haiti :

- Checked baggage fees will increase: +USD 15 per bag.

- Overweight baggage fees will increase: +USD 25 per bag.

Please note that baggage fees are lower when prepaid online.

Domestic flights within Haiti: Baggage fees remain unchanged.

This update is due to a 100% increase in global jet fuel prices over the past year. This targeted adjustment allows us to maintain competitive fares while continuing to invest in service reliability.
