The PNH denounces acts of fraud in the recruitment process

The General Directorate of the Haitian National Police (PNH) informs the public, particularly young people aspiring to join the police force, that the recruitment process is entirely free.

The PNH strongly condemns any individuals or groups using the institution's name to solicit money from citizens under the pretext of facilitating their entry into the police. These dishonest acts are fraudulent and swindling schemes that are contrary to the fundamental principles and values of the Police.

The institution reminds everyone that recruitment is based solely on merit, compliance with legal requirements, and successful completion of the various evaluations (intellectual, physical, medical, and psychological) stipulated by internal regulations. In this regard, the PNH's Permanent Recruitment Service urges applicants and their families to remain vigilant and never give money to anyone in the hope of securing a position within the Police.

To stop this phenomenon, the PNH, through its Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ), has already launched an investigation to identify, locate, and arrest all those involved in these illegal practices. This action aims to uphold the integrity of the process and ensure that these individuals are held accountable before the law for their breaches of trust and dishonest acts.
