The dredging operations for canals and ravines are continuing. This community work is being carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Works, the National Solid Waste Management Service, and the Ministry of the Environment.

The Cap-Haitien Municipal Administration reminds residents that this community work initiative, known as konbit, was launched in September 2025 by the Municipal Commission. The objective is to enable all public institutions and other stakeholders to work together to improve the living conditions of the municipality's residents.

The Municipal Administration continues to collaborate with all state agencies to continue the dredging operations for canals and ravines, in order to prevent flooding, while also carrying out repair work on several roads in the municipality.

The Mayor's office is counting on the cooperation of all citizens to help protect the environment and keep the city clean.
