The medical service of the Armed Forces of Haiti (FAd’H), in partnership with Doctors Without Borders (MSF Belgium and MSF Netherlands), organized a first aid training day for approximately twenty soldiers.

This first training session was structured around two complementary modules. The first, led by Doctors Without Borders Netherlands teams, focused on the prevention and management of sexual violence. The second, delivered by Doctors Without Borders Belgium, was dedicated to psychological first aid and basic clinical first aid techniques.

As part of an ongoing effort to strengthen the institutional and operational capacities of the FAd’H, this multi-day training program aims to equip soldiers with the necessary skills to intervene effectively in emergency situations.
