At an extraordinary congress bringing together representatives from across the football community, including twenty elected delegates representing men's and women's clubs and leagues, the new statutes of the Haitian Football Federation were unanimously adopted. Also present were the other members of the Normalization Committee, Mr. Yvon Sévère and Ms. Gally Amazan, as well as FIFA representatives Ms. Salomé Tally and Belval Juventino.

These new statutes are the result of several years of collaboration, dialogue, and joint work between the Federation and the various stakeholders in the football movement.

The adoption of this document was one of the major objectives entrusted by FIFA to the Normalization Committee upon assuming leadership of the Federation. It provides Haitian football with a new legal and institutional foundation for future generations.

This new legal framework sends a clear message : "Grenadye Alaso" must not be limited to a football slogan, but must embody a principle for Haitians in all areas of national life.
