On Wednesday, July 1st, 2026, the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MJSAC) paid a vibrant tribute to Haitian international Grenadiers Woodensky Olivier Pierre and Danley Jean-Jacques, in the presence of Minister Pythagore Dumas, Director General Wilfince Mombrun, Chief of Staff Innocent Joseph, as well as several MJSAC officials and employees.

In his address, Minister Dumas expressed the Haitian State's pride in the Grenadiers, who continue to proudly represent the national colors. He emphasized that their performance, discipline, and commitment serve as an inspiration to all Haitian youth.

A highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of two plaques of honor in recognition of their service to Haitian football. Woodensky Olivier Pierre personally received his award. The plaque intended for Danley Jean-Jacques was presented to Woodensky, his teammate and friend. because he was unable to attend the event due to illness. In a message to those present, Danley Jean-Jacques thanked the MJSAC authorities for this gesture of consideration and extended his greetings to all the ministry's employees.
