As part of preparations for voter registration and the continuation of electoral operations, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) is strengthening its operational structure and is organizing a training session for aspiring Electoral Security Agents (ASE) from July 9 to 11, 2026.

The training sessions for future ASEs will take place at several locations across the departments. The tables below list the selected locations and the contact information for representatives of the Departmental Electoral Offices (BED) who can be contacted for further information.

Selected Locations in the North :

Concurrently, future Electoral Register Agents (ADREs) are also receiving training to prepare them for the responsibilities they will assume in the registration and polling centers. These activities reflect the Provisional Electoral Council's (CEP) commitment to having qualified personnel capable of ensuring the smooth running of electoral operations in accordance with established standards.
