To participate in the CFU Challenge Series U-14 Boys tournament, the coaching staff of the Grenadiers U-14 national team is composed entirely of members of the Haitian football family, young players who have risen through the ranks, from the youngest age groups to coaching youth teams today. From head coach Jean Marc Alexandre to assistant coach Marie Michelle Dessources, all have been trained and developed within Haitian football.

Coach Alexandre is a former captain of the senior national team. His assistant is the son of Saint Marc and has also progressed through the ranks, from U-17 to the senior team. Goalkeeping coach Jean Marie Bariento is a former player for Racing Club Haïtien, trained at Don Bosco, and nearly made the national team. Kettly Beaubrun, the equipment manager, is a former player for Anacaona de Léogâne. Finally, Marie Michelle Dessources, the physiotherapist and assistant coach, is a young woman who trained and played for the Notre Camp Academy.

"Those who represented football yesterday are those who are building it today for tomorrow !"
